New Gym!
Today has not been A Good Day. Lost my wallet, thankfully it got handed in to the bank near my work (minus the $30 in cash), got absolutely drenched on the bike ride home from picking up my wallet, dried off, then got drenched again on the walk to the gym from the house. Thankfully, the gym made it all better. Just did some intervals (soooo good to get back on a crosstrainer again!), but had my little health questionnaire and the all-powerful, all-terrifying weigh in and measure. Down to under 81kg now, so have lost 2 in the last six weeks (down the back of the sofa maybe?) However, I think that some of this will be muscle mass and should come back on once I get back to a regular gym routine. I'm kickboxing tomorrow morning before I go out for the day, really looking forward to it as I love boxing and think it'll be a good way to start the week....
