February Challenge

ATTENTION READER(S)!

I'm considering doing some kind of challenge over the month of February, because I'll be at work proper by then and I'll need something to divert my attention. Something roller derby/health/fitness related (obviously), that wont' interfere with my triathlon or derby training too much. I'm already vegetarian (pretty much), don't really drink and exercise a fair bit already, so that's all the stuff people usually do over a month out! I will of course be blogging my progress on here so if there's a challenge you wanted to check out or if you just want to make me suffer in new and amusing ways then here is your chance.

Just in case you were wondering, I have a load of derby and triathlon-related stuff happening that month so this isn't an excuse to find something to write about. Honest.

  1. With the training you're doing I expect that's a good bit of strength as well as cardio so what about stretching - how flexible are you? Can you already do the splits?

    So your mission should you choose to accept it, is to try this out for me and tell me if it works!
