So, day 2 of the Vegan Challenge. If I'm honest, it's not made much of a difference to my diet so far (given the preparation etc. that's not really surprising) but then we're only into the second day. I discovered that my favourite budget bread (Pak n Save wheatmeal) has whey in it, so that's off the menu in favour of more expensive Burgen Men's Well-Being bread (Man-Bread. Jesus). I weighed myself at the end of the school day yesterday and rocked in at 85kg, so we'll go again at the end of the day at the end of the month to see if there's any difference.
Not much else to report, really. Back at work, started my half marathon training this week (possibly not the smartest timing ever!). First bout at the end of the month, coaching starts back next week. YAY!
