So yeah. Fast. Pack training. Hitting. Being hit and taking it. I finally feel like I joined the big leagues tonight and I think I did OK. Got a loooong way to go, but I managed to do all the drills and I like to think I held my own.
So, the pictures! I don't really see any changes, though I do see some cracking bruises on my upper arms (people at work pull concerned faces and ask if everything's OK at home). My diet's not been great the last week or so, but I'm not drinking or anything so I'm sure I'll come through OK. Can't wait to get back into the gym...
