What the body wants....

...the body gets. I went into the supermarket yesterday to get some bread and milk, and ended up impulse-buying apples, peppers (I still find calling them capsicums weird), onions, oranges and some corn on the cob. Marvellous. I like how my body is getting better at picking out good stuff that it needs, I've been eating loads of fruit and vegetables the last couple of days and feel really good on it. I also cooked a mean Thai vegetable curry and have been revelling in eating something that's not out of a can or homemade pizza for a change.

I think I need to pay more attention to stuff like this. Makes it much easier to stay healthy when the body's quite clear about it's wants and needs....
